This leading and reputable travel provider is ever expanding due to on going success and are looking to recruit an experienced Cruise Consultant for their busy office. DUTIES:

Come and join this expanding travel company based in the NSW area as a Cruise Consultant. I am looking for someone who has a passion for travel to quote and sell all manner of cruises and flights.

You will liaise with wholesalers and suppliers and be adept at time management and problem solving.

Your responsibilities also include but are not limited to:

- Answering calls from direct customers
- Tailor make cruise itineraries
- Convert enquiries to sales
- Work towards sales targets to earn fantastic uncapped commission.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Taking enquiries face to face, over the phone and via e-mail for a variety of cruise itineraries
- Cruise itineraries will vary from Domestic, European to Worldwide so no two enquiries the same!
- Offering a friendly informative service, putting together the cruise itineraries
- Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Ideally have at least two years travel industry experience within an office or retail based environment
- Solid sales experience
- Must have excellent cruise product knowledge
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Friendly telephone manner
- GDS, Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
