As a cruise travel consultant you will have exceptional knowledge in all aspects of cruise and exposure to both river and ocean product. Our client is looking for both customer focused and sales driven travel consultants with a minimum 2 years experience across all product; specialising in cruise. As a full time consultant working within this leading travel company, you will have the opportunity to jump on board and inspect a numerous range of product to help continue and expand your travel knowledge of the high seas. If you are a travel consultant with a passion for cruise, then this is the role for you!

Job Description:

-Your day will include booking both international and domestic product; focusing on both ocean and river cruise
-Converting enquiries into sales; you will have daily, weekly and monthly targets
-Offering customer service and putting together itineraries - combining cruise, air fares and pre/post accommodation
-Liaising with wholesalers and suppliers on a daily basis


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-Confidence in consulting across all platforms including telephone and online
-Ability to work in a professional environment, maintain motivation/drive and fantastic customer service
-Goal orientated, organised and willing to learn, with attention to detail
-Must have a travel background with experience in cruise, you will have knowledge in both domestic and international product
-Knowledge in GDS systems and online cruise portals
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
