Due to expansion in their operations, an exciting opportunity is now available to join one of the World's leading private cruise companies. They are looking for an experienced Groups Consultant who has experience organising group travel including flights, accommodation, transfers and cruising.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Respond to customer enquires via telephone, emails or if customers visit the office
*Create tailor made itineraries for individuals and groups to include tours, transfers, car hire, billets, workshops, training sessions and fixtures for teams/schools.
*Book hotel and flight reservations for individuals and groups via reservation system or direct with the suppliers (hotels, airlines, car rentals etc)
*Provide sales service to customers
*Manage groups/individual payments include invoicing & receipting
*Meet and greet inbound groups on arrival in Sydney
*Assist with check in formalities when groups are departing Sydney


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Prior experience working with Group Travel
*Customer service levels are key with a predominantly high end clientele
*Positive attitude and a strong team player
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus)
*Strong airfare/product knowledge
*High level of cruise knowledge desirable
