They are currently looking for a Corporate Travel Team Manager to manage a team of corporate travel consultants in their Sydney office.

You will be required to manage a team of multi skilled travel consultants; to motivate, mentor and support them in their daily duties. You will therefore require a strong corporate and supervisory background to be considered for this role.

It's a great opportunity and an exciting challenge. We are looking for a confident experienced individual who is comfortable handling all types of corporate reservation requests and who is confident working in a fast paced environment leading a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Managing a team of corporate travel consultants
*Dealing with a variety of clients and offering excellent customer service to ensure renewed business
*Dealing with any issues that may arise from the Corporate Travel Consultants
*Attending client meetings
*Be involved in account management, analysis and reporting
*Collaborating with Senior Management to ensure positive and productive outcomes for business and staff goals
*Motivating the team and ensuring the smooth operations of daily tasks
*Dealing with ongoing training
*Ensuring all consultants are kept up to date with any changes, errata's, offers etc
*Ensuring duties are completed according to deadlines
*Deal with staff performance reviews and any disciplinary issues according to company policy
*Working Monday to Friday office hours, with some flexibility if you need to deal with urgent client or team issues

EXPEREIENCED REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership experience and skills, be confident and pro-active in your approach to work. We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent Corporate Travel experience and who have proven experience of leading a team. You should thrive when providing truly excellent customer service.
