A successful corporate travel company are looking for pro-active and experienced corporate travel professional to join them. They are currently looking for a Corporate Travel Team Manager to manage a team of corporate travel consultants in their Perth office.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Managing a team of corporate travel consultants
* Dealing with a variety of clients and offering excellent customer service to ensure renewed business
* Dealing with any issues that may arise from the Corporate Travel Consultants
* Attending client meetings
* Be involved in account management, analysis and reporting
* Collaborating with Senior Management to ensure positive and productive outcomes for business and staff goals
* Motivating the team and ensuring the smooth operations of daily tasks
* Dealing with ongoing training
* Ensuring all consultants are kept up to date with any changes, errata's, offers etc
* Ensuring duties are completed according to deadlines
* Working hands on assisting with overflow bookings and leading by example
* Working Monday to Friday office hours, with some flexibility if you need to deal with urgent client or team issues

EXPEREIENCED REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership experience and skills, be confident and pro-active in your approach to work. We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent Corporate Travel experience and who have proven experience of leading a team. You will have current GDS and Corporate Travel reservation experience with strong fare knowledge and ticketing.

THE PACKAGE:

A competitive salary is on offer of $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience plus incentives, super and career progression.
