JOB POSITION

As Corporate Travel Consultant you will be responsible in providing travel solutions to Corporate VIP clients.

Role available:

• Corporate Travel Consultant
• After Hours day role 1200 - 1930 shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fully servicing all enquiries, requests, bookings & ticketing at a VIP standard.
• Report, investigate and resolve errors and/or client complaints.
• Communicate effectively within the team, including thorough proactive documentation.
• Ensure PNR entries in GDS are correctly completed.
• Ticket all bookings as necessary.
• Develop, maintain, and nurture client relationships at the highest standard.
• Ability to negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A successful candidate for this Corporate Travel Consultant role will require:

• Experience within the Travel Industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, ticket exchanges, reissues and/or hotel reservations.
• Excellent of GDS experience - Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.
• Previous Corporate or Group Travel Consultancy experience highly desirable.
• Organised and able to work independently.

• Permanent full time 37.5 hours per week in a Hybrid environment
• Competitive 65K - 75K + super package + benefits
