We are seeking a highly motivated and client-centric individual to join the team as a Corporate Travel Account Manager. This role will be based in Sydney CBD and focuses on ensuring the seamless delivery of travel management services tailored to clients' unique needs, all while nurturing account retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing an existing portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on client retention
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive reporting and regular reviews, highlighting travel industry trends, and make recommendations to help them make informed decisions about their individual travel programs and policies.
  • Analysis of customer travel spend to identify potential savings through policy and supplier contracts.
  • Act as an active contributing member at internal meetings and keep the business informed about client and market-related developments.
  • Collaborate with the implementation, sales, and operations teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding, handover, and integration of new clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate and manage client-specific contracts for air, hotel, and car rental to deliver client savings.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Account Management in the corporate travel industry
  • Highly skilled in strategic customer analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Customer focused and committed to achieving results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and adaptability
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with corporate travel policies and industry trends

The Package

  • Competitive salary of $90 -110K DOE + Super
