JOB DESCRIPTION:

If you enjoy fast tracking your career & want to work for a company that will take you places, then read on..

You will be in charge of developing, mentoring, coaching and constantly motivating the sales consultants - picking them up when they are having a bad day and rolling with them whilst they are on a high!

You will work the floor and mentor your own team of approx 8 - 10 staff (we are looking at doubling that number over the next 6-12 months) whilst working alongside 2 other Sales Managers and their teams.

You will not be consulting or getting on the phones however, in your own way - you will need to demonstrate to your consultants a constant hunger & passion to convert quotes to bookings ideally on the spot.
You will be supported by the Customer Service team once the sales team (your team) has finalised the initial booking.



EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


You will be able to demonstrate key achievements in your current or most recent role managing your team with results driven examples.

You will also have a clear understanding of a sales process you practice.

Demonstrate a clear and open communication style - direct but a friendly approach

Enthusiastic, energetic and a genuine interest to support & motivate employees

Min 2 years experience in a management role (must be in a sales environment) - ideally call centre however, other areas will be considered

Able to implement procedures & training as per the company's direction in your own style
