ABOUT THE ROLE
No day will ever be the same in this travel consultant role, from booking complex airfares, organising transfers to selecting the perfect accommodation for your clients. The role will be heavily customer service focused offering your expertise on worldwide destinations.

DUTIES
*Working with a small team of travel consultants
*Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
*Selling both package and tailor made holidays
*Offering your customer an adequate choice of options, to sell the right holiday for their needs
*Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Solid experience in Travel Consulting (min 2 years retail travel agency experience)
*Presentable and a professional attitude
*Has a keen appreciation to provide exceptional customer service
*Strong attention to detail
*A love for the travel industry & retail travel
