Plan, coordinate and execute a programme of integrated, well-targeted and effective on- and off-line marketing and advertising activity that will build brand awareness and drive visitor numbers and revenue in line with agreed strategic objectives.

Manage and execute My clients digital marketing activities in Australia and New Zealand, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function, Social Media, the Paid Content marketing programme

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager deliver annual brand marketing plans for the Australian and New Zealand market. Ensure marketing campaigns are in line with strategic priorities, delivered within budget and optimised in real-time.
2.Plan, co-ordinate and execute SEM and Paid Content Management campaigns. Work closely with appointed agencies to implement and optimise search and content campaigns and ensure full integration with all off-line activities, particularly PR and publicity.
3.Act as lead Community Manager for my clients Australian and New Zealand presence on social media platforms. Create content schedule and work closely with contact centre colleagues to manage engagement and to develop and implement specific social media campaigns.
4.Initiate and implement marketing projects with key travel industry partners and and manage the execution of my clients Partnership Programme.

6. digital marketing and CRM functions, including email marketing, management of website and databases as well as and web-related promotional activity in Australia and New Zealand.
7.Deliver and manage all content and collaborate with head-office and website teams to develop bespoke pages. Monitor and report on all aspects of the website and gain insights from Google Analytics to inform marketing activities. Act as internet champion for the Australia and New Zealand Market.
8.Monitor and report on all digital activities. Track results to establish performance against agreed targets, optimise accordingly, collate final information, input into the MARS reporting tool and implement learnings for future campaigns.
9.Support the trade team on the execution of cooperative marketing campaigns with carriers and OTAs, ensuring the integration of digital activity to drive third party referrals.
10.Such other duties as the company may from time to time reasonably require.
11.This job will involve some travel and unsocial hours. The post holder will also represent my clients at various industry, press and corporate functions and events.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential

*Digital marketing, CRM/CEM and database management experience including a track record of achievement in delivering digital advertising campaigns in a consumer marketing environment.
*Experience using various email platforms and CMS programmes such as Microsoft Dynamic CRM (Apex), Act-On and Sitecore.
*Good analytical and reporting skills.
*A record of achievement of working and building relationships with key partners and third party agencies.
*A strong team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Flexible, with a positive attitude to change and dealing with competing demands.
