If you are a proven Business Development Manager, Account Manager (or any other similar titles) with a good understanding of the online market & have either worked closely with the hospitality & hotels industry or within the Online Travel industry, then this could be the challenge you've been waiting for!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a well sought after brand which has global offices worldwide. Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. You will be spending 50% of your time in the office whilst spending the rest out on the road & meeting with perspective new & existing businesses.

Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:

- Working closely with Online Booking Tools, part of your job will be go to different clients in showing and demonstrating how certain online booking system will work to promote their business further
- Setting up your own appointments to suit your schedule without being micromanaged
- Doing performance reviews with business partners to ensure they are exceeding expectations & if not, target the areas for concern & work out a strategy to improve your clients overall business / marketing plan

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Articulate and well presented.
* Previous or current experience as a BDM, Account Manager for the Travel, online or Hospitality sector or a role similar to this position.
* Enjoy Negotiation and Account Requisition
* (Ideal but not essential) Experience in Revenue Management or a working knowledge and understanding of how to maximize revenue growth and margins
* Energetic and Driven
* Unrestricted working rights within Australia
* Enjoys team work and working autonomously
* Can take ownership of the role
* Enjoys diversity in a role as no day is the same
* Must have own car and license to drive (reimbursement on mileage and fuel will be provided)

A package of circa $90K will be offered to the right candidate
Full system training provided to the right candidate.
